PUTNEY — Berkley & Veller Greenwood Country agents were recently recognized at the annual awards breakfast held at the Putney Inn.
Jack Berkley, president of Berkley & Veller Greenwood Country Realtors recognized Robert Doyle as the leading real estate agent in the company, selling more than $6.1 million in property value.
Top sales awards were also presented to Bill Murray for selling over $4.6 million in property value and Jane Sonntag for achieving over $4.4 million. Wilma Skovinski sold $3.9 million, while Jessie Heller sold $3.7 million. Rob Hinrichs attained a sales volume of $3.3 million, and John Hatton was recognized for selling $2.9 million in real estate sales. Tere Clarkson from the Walpole Office sold in excess of $2.5 million in property value. Carrie Gelfan sold $2.2 million, while Michael Purcell from the West Dover office also achieved a sales volume of $2.2 million. Steve John was recognized for selling $2.2 million, and Jessamyn Stinchfield sold $2.1 million. Kristen Ziter Taylor and John McPherson both sold in excess of $1.9 million while Jennifer Donovan and Janet Walkiewicz achieved more than $1.7 million in sales volume. Ingrid Bennett completed more than $1.4 million in sales volume while Heidi Bernier and Jody Graves both sold in excess of $1.3 million. Jackie Atwood from the Walpole office had a sales volume of over $1 million. John Hatton, Kristen Ziter Taylor and Tere Clarkson were recognized for their five-year association with the company. Awards were given to Heidi Bernier and Jody Graves celebrating their 10-year anniversaries with Berkley & Veller Greenwood Country Realtors. Rob Hinrichs and Jessie Heller were recognized for 20 years of continuous affiliation with the company.
Berkley congratulated the managers, agents and support staff for achieving another banner year for sales in 2007, exceeding $57 million in sales volume. Berkley & Veller Greenwood Country Realtors ranked eighth in the state for volume production out of 322 active brokerage firms for 2007.
Berkley & Veller Greenwood Country Realtors was founded in 1965 and is celebrating its 43rd year. It is the area's oldest and largest real estate company, with 28 real estate agents and offices at 119 Western Ave., in Brattleboro, 118 Route 100 in West Dover, and at 42 Main St. in Walpole, N.H.
